If you receive a non-compliance notice on behalf of one of your facilities, you should compare your records against the Compliance Dashboard for your facility.
If there is a discrepancy between the number of records shown on the dashboard and the number you submitted, you should check to make sure your submissions were accepted in the SPARCS portal. You can also check your submissions against the Audit Chart for your facility. Keep in mind that there may be a volume lag if data were submitted after the weekly update of compliance dashboards and audit charts.
If the number of records shown in the report are accurate, but still insufficient to meet your compliance target for the month, you can submit an exception request. More information on compliance exceptions and extensions is available here.
