The SPARCS Compliance Program has transitioned to a new ticket-based system, a change that promises to significantly enhance our ability to track and respond to inquiries. All new requests for Exceptions and Extensions or questions must be submitted through the SPARCS Compliance Ticketing System.
Exception and extension requests are reviewed and processed on an ongoing basis. Depending on when you submit your request, your approved extension or exception may not appear on that week’s Compliance Dashboards that are posted on the NYS DOH Website.
