These are the recommended methods to contact us if your questions have not been answered on this forum:
- For any questions concerning requests for SPARCS data, please use the "Submit a request" button on the SPARCS Support page.
- For data requesters, we host open Q&A hours every other week where you can discuss all sorts of questions with SPARCS team members. Information on these Q&A sessions can be found at Data Access - Statewide Planning and Research Cooperative System.
- Questions concerning new facility onboarding, submitter provisioning, and changes in SPARCS contacts or coordinators should be emailed to: SPARCS.submissions@health.ny.gov
- Questions concerning SPARCS general policies, compliance, or requests for Exceptions and Extensions must be submitted through the SPARCS Compliance Ticketing System.
- Technical data submission questions and requests for rejection reports should be submitted to the SPARCS Submissions Help Desk by calling 877-545-0011 or through the SPARCS Portal (select Client Self-Service Portal under the Help Center dropdown).
